FINAL DESTINATION 6: Horror movie sequel for HBO Max

It may have been 11 years ago Final Destination 5 graced big screens, but now there’s an official Final Destination 6 in the works as a film that will premiere on streamer HBO Max. That news only gets better as the treatment for the film was written by none other than Jon Watts, the man behind the current box office hit.

Final Destination 6:

The end of the line movies have always been interesting because they depict their characters’ attempts to escape a predetermined fate and avoid death at all costs. It seems that the sixth film in the franchise will be a sequel as opposed to a reboot, despite the time that has passed since the last picture was released in theaters. Lori Evans Taylor and Gary Busick are writing the official script for the upcoming film based on Watts’ treatment.
The most interesting thing about the end of the line pictures is how they keep captivating audiences when each character is faced with a situation that could ultimately lead to the downfall of a particular character. Horror movie fans love this franchise for the originality that went into planning the movie’s death sequences. With Watts, it’s likely that a whole new generation of fans will discover the fun of this series, which began back in 2000. Final Destination 6

In 2011, Final Destination 5 received a respectable “B +” CinemaScore grade from the surveyed viewers and at the same time secured a decent 42 million US dollars at the domestic box office. While a release date has not yet been set for Goal 6 , the film is slated to premiere exclusively on HBO Max. The fans eagerly await the return of the Grim Reaper, who fights to secure his victims in this (so far) very entertaining horror series. Final Destination 6
